If not your home and a contractor. That's insane that you would put down mulch over weeds. And not pull them first
@WorkshopAddict17 сағат бұрын
I am a firm believer in herbicides rather than pulling. Most weeds will return if you do not get all of the root. I will spray everything and cover with mulch and they will not return.

What if it calls for 0.80 line... can we still use the 0.95 without damage? Thanks
@WorkshopAddictКүн бұрын
First, .o95 might not fit well through the holes in the head. Second, it will take a lot of power away from the trimmer. You can try it. It won't damage it. Performance might suffer. ImHO, spend more money on Profesional. 080 line rather than going up.

I just bought this saw because I don't use it that often and it was a good deal so I don't need a professional saw like a Stihl anyways , My question to u sir is have u figured out how to solve the air filter problem??
@WorkshopAddictКүн бұрын
I have not solved it. I have tried pre filters and that has slowed it. I have tried 3d printed filters and they have cracked. You can buy filters from larger MTD saws and make them work, but I have not had time to order a bunch to figure it out. What I have done is used a nylon as a pre filter and cleaned the intake after each use.
@TULARECOUNTYNsVКүн бұрын
Thank you for replying and for the video, will I've heard that the air filter can be converted to fit an Stihl air filter I am going to try that on a different note I've heard removing the cat. converter material from the muffler will help it running better with more power , I'll update u with a reply if it goes good or not .... Thank u again
@WorkshopAddictКүн бұрын
@TULARECOUNTYNsV IF you find a stihl filter, please let me know! The saw has decent power and if you get much more power, you will need to upgrade the clutch. Eventually, the 200 dollar saw was nit a deal and you.migjt as well buy a more expensive model with better parts. All for the stihl air filter!!!!

The fact that you only post fail videos of Yarbo makes me wonder about you more than the robot. Common sense tells us all that wet snow is a challenge for any blower. Especially when the operator doesn't know what they are doing.
@WorkshopAddictКүн бұрын
I spent well over 40 hours trying to get this snowblower working in Michigan this year. Not one was it able to even come close to doing it's job. Weather it was wet snow or issues with the gps, it was a fail. I had zero success. What do you want me to post? Want me to fake it? The machine needs some software tuning and updates.
@biffhenderson1144Күн бұрын
Duh. IF I attempted it with a gas blower, I would move very slowly or not attempt it at all. Are you able to program the speed? If so, it is 100% your fault. Not the robot's fault.

I do not have an EGO backpack blower video out, but I have used it and IMHO, the Milwaukee is 10 times more comfortable and feels much better built. They are very similar in power with EGO MAYBE being a touch more powerful. I would buy the Milwaukee over the EGO just because of the quality.

I have the 1/2" ratchet and have put some miles on it over a few years. It has recently lost most of its torque and you can stop it with your hand. There are some videos about servicing the head of the ratchet by disassembling, cleaning and re-lubricating it which I did, and it helps quite a bit but it's definitely not as strong as it was new. I always wished it had more power. I think I'm going to go with one of these impacts this time. Whatever the case, it's hard to go back to manual ratchets once you've used any of these.
