I do aerial silks and it's really hard even tho I'm not as good as her it's still hard and I broke my arm when I fell during practice so people who are this good huge respect go them!

I know hon! I always tell people about when she was just a little girl dancing her heart out! I always come back to this video just to reminisce her younger dance days. Part of me is sad but the other part of me is so happy for her that she has come that far in her dance career. Anyway, I know she will go on to do great things with her life! Good job Alana, and honey please keep dancing because you have a god given gift.

holy shit,she still continued after the angel roll up ii would be ded by the first one lol, im literally AMAZED with her pain tolerance i would have cried.The way she was sliding down in the final part hurt me to watch and all the tricks she did there are painful asf she has the biggest pain tolerance and strength ever i LOVE this woman No joke i think im in love
