I believe It is Bounce bar . The idea is you put that thing in your dryer and you don’t have to use dryer sheets. But you have to change the bar when it worn out

Thank you. My 1990 Maytag dryer wouldn't start, but made a humming sound. I was ready to rip my dryer apart and test the motor switch and centrifugal switch and possibly replace the motor. I did your centrifugal test, and I could hear the switch click on spin up and spin down. I couldn't find a schematic for my dryer, but your schematic got me thinking I should at least test the door switch and bulb voltage before that. I noted the LED was not working, but 120V voltage was present. Also the bulb was warm to the touch. So I removed the bulb, and what do you know, the dryer started working again! Yay! The LED bulb I had put in was a 1 watt night light bulb. It lasted for years before this failure mode. I'm now shopping for a dryer rated bulb.

The large filter housing three of them. Holy crap hard to get on. Realize I needed grease so I used coconut oil instead of whatever the hell so-called food grade PTFE insanity is out there. I put it on both o-rings and the threads of the housings and the threads that they are screwing into. Two of them went on and worked, the other one need some coaxing put it on and off couple of times and finally got it on, when it went to the rightful position with a lip is really close and almost to the white plastic rim, almost to where you see in the official video, finally it stopped leaking and worked.

How do you tell when each filter has to be changed? Does this actually add the minerals back in? I heard it doesnt work.. pls reply

It doesn't add the minerals. basically it depends on water usage. I replace the lower three filters roughly 11 to 12 month and all of them about two years.

@@guelphming3843 It does read in the manual to flush the RO membrane. Common sense we should flush the charcoal filter. Lol,but of course. I didn't have the patience. awesome video. your fireplace pilot and burner looks like mine. I think my burners need a cleaning because I've never done it and the flames are very low. I was able to take it apart and even the ceramic tiles on top. Any idea if it's possible to take it apart even further in order to get to the actual burner itself?

My dryer won’t run when press start. I removed the top and press start it only humm but if turn drum with my hand it starts. I tested the motor My start and run wining are both reading 3.4. Should change motor or check something else.

looks like starting winding can't start, do you feel if it is hard to move the drum by hand? check belt, wheels and exhaust fan make sure they are in good conditions, last check motor as in the video. Good Luck.

I have 0.73V; jumped the contacts, nothing happens. No click, nothing. I measure 2.1 ohms across the coil. What could be wrong? Valve not turning on or activating the gas line? How to fix that? Thanks.

@@cr95630 looks like your thermopile generates enough millivolt. If you jumped switch burner did not turn on two possibilities one is faulty gas valve, the other is your gas line to the burner clogged, sometimes dust even bug clogged it. Good luck.

Thanks for this and your other video on how to change the RO filters. I had watched some other videos as well but your video showing how to disconnect the yellow line are better. Mine has water filter line to the fridge and they said to turn off the valve to the fridge but I don't have a valve on that line so by doing it your way I don't need to worry about the rest of the system and can just seperate the tank from the system! Just curious when you pumped up the tank to 7 psi do you close the tank valve at the top of just leave it open when pumping into the tank?

I left it open when I did video, However, you also can leave it on because two section of water reservoir and air bladder in the tank are not seperated

Good question. in the field of troubleshooting, feel test is first shortcut test before you even have a field test run with a test run cord. Hope this clarify.

Big burner went out, actually exploded. Got another Samsung, same model (stupid me, but it was on sale). Same burner went super hot, now is not working. Samsung tech came out, said it's because I had roaches. I don't think it was the bugs. I think something is defective with that model.

Quick question. When I jump the tp and tpth the burner ignites. When I remove the jumper and try it again, there is a delay then the burner ignite. When I try to jump the tp and tpth for a third time the burner does not ignite. Any suggestions before I call a service tech?
