Good afternoon, we saw your instructional videos and could not address the issue we had on ours. Today and suddenly the complete cooktop stopped working. There is electrical power on the oven and panel with exception of the cooktop. If you have any recommendation it is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Great video. My Samsung triple burner has the similar ', only one coil works, I'll check if it's the same problem.

Either infinite switch or burner itself. Good luck

what did you set on the multimeter?

Big burner went out, actually exploded. Got another Samsung, same model (stupid me, but it was on sale). Same burner went super hot, now is not working. Samsung tech came out, said it's because I had roaches. I don't think it was the bugs. I think something is defective with that model.

Check warranty and also check if your model is in recalls of Samsung range. Good luck.
