I have had both and it’s hard to choose. BMW gives you more for your money . Mercedes is more luxurious though . I like how both drive but Mercedes is smoother.

I wouldn't say its Engineering. That's very difficult to do and the Manufacturer knows best. It's just an additional level of individualisation in trim and body panel/paint. If that's your cup of tean then great but I don't think it actually adds anything massively over the base vehicle enough to warrant the extra money. Obviously successful and catering to a market. Good on them!
