The strength training is no joke. It's a really good full body workout, especially if you run through all workouts at a moderate level of reps. This game is getting my thighs, abs, and chest/shoulders firm and stronger. It's not going to make you look like a body builder. But this game will get you lean, fit, and feeling great about yourself. The ones I do most are lunges, rowing squat, jackknife, pushup/side plank, plank, arm and leg lift, and tricep extensions. Been doing it a week, and I plan on doing it for a long time. I already have a pretty solid diet, so I'll have no problem keeping weight off. My diet: I consume zero soda. I keep added sugars to a minimum. I eat low carb, high fat. And I eat basically whatever I want. I spoil myself with ice cream or cookies here and there.
