I washed my braids this week and they were so heavy and I couldn’t find my blow dryer afterwards was just a miserable process. So I don’t know how I feel anymore about getting locs, especially growing them out, but hopefully real hair isn’t as heavy as braid extensions.

Cut them, you can always reattach them when needed

Hmmm I don't work out and live in a very cold climate. I wash my hair every week but have a very itchy scalp especially when I get home in the evenings after work. Your advice please.
