Oh my goodness! My locs are 10 years old and I have been caring for them on my own mostly. My husband helps do retwists sometimes. I never heard anything like this. I am soooooo excited and filled with joy! I have learned sooooo much! Thank you Kris! My husband had locs but they cut them off... He just had me do starter locs on him. I was scared to do it. That's why I was watching videos tonight. I am in awe. Ohmygosh!!! I have done much wrong....But now that I know how to wash, dry, anoint, and romance my locs, I am moving forward. I will help my husband and my son and maybe even the grand sons. WOOOOHOOOOO!!!!

I've been experimenting with some traditional curlers but I've always found that my hair doesn't like them or I end up with kinks and waves more than curls. In case he doesnt post that video, I think he has mentioned that his method is baking soda straight on to the dreads then straight apple cider vinegar poured on that then rinse. I think he soaps after
