Good practice. Personally, I had to learn to stop saying sorry for things not my fault. I like that meditation book called 30 Days to Stop Apologizing by Harper Daniels.

I really needed this I failed and it’s honestly my fault I procrastinated and tried to submit my assignments all at the last minute I feel embarrassed exhausted and awful I wish I would’ve done something better my parents are disappointed and I feel disappointed I’ve never cried harder I hate telling my parents that I failed my classes I was online this school year which honestly never works for me so imma go back to public school. But after see this video I now understand that this is just a hiccup and things can’t get worse

i also have immigrant parents and i also want to major in biology, im interested in being an obgyn, a physician, or a nurse. yet i am in my sophomore year of highschool and i have 3 D's, and 1 F, two C's and one B+. i am also devastated because i am failing my biomedical class and i always wanted to go to an ivy league or a UC, but i know now that the chance of that happening is very low. anyways, i really appreciate this ideo, i will be taking two classes online this summer and i plan to lock in this summer with my grades and start studying for the SAT. ill probably go to CC and transfer to a good school after 2 years, i think. This video really helped me and made me realize im not alone. Thank you so much.

What I do is look at how many exercices I did and how many hours I've spent studying, but now I realized that it's not the quantity I should focus on, but rather the quality. Next time, the exercices and time won't matter, but how well I undrestood the chapter will :)

I just discovered your channel when I was trying to find better ways to study and take notes for college but you made me realize it just might be me as to why I can’t seem to be fulfilled internally and that’s why I can’t get to my end goal for myself. Thank you for sharing your journey.

Clarissa your an actual “Gem”. You may not recognize my account. I was going to do your program because you understand the emotional strength and vulnerability needed to by pass our own inner issues. I couldn’t afford it and I wanted to let you know that I still watched your videos and I’ll be graduating this Fall of 2024. Even when I wasn’t in your program your inner genuiness to help others was contagious. Even when you said in the video “you got lost in the money etc”. You are amazing and your learning curve has been the most enriching and awe-inspiring wisdom I have come across. Thank you for being beautiful, thank you for your personal casket and funeral box called “Ego-Death”. Choosing self, choosing your life and your desires so pivotal. I will shut in and do the same! Stay blessed! Maybe one day I can take your course in my next step if and when you decide to open your programs again. Your kindness and openness has opened doors for me… that education just can’t. ❤❤❤

My current academic goal is I want to attend office hours every single week. I want to stick to my study schedule 90% of the time. I want to achieve a 100% on every exam. My current thoughts about achieving it No KZbin except for guided meditation videos. I need to be more disciplined. I will not let an irrelevant, by two years, mental illness diagnosis define or limit me. I can catch up and learn how to take notes as well as study. (Even though you had said that there is a link to a free workshop that will assist in not having to do so, I would still like to learn how to study and take notes.) What do I want to believe about myself and about the possibility of achieving this goal? That I am intelligent and curious. That I am capable to rise from challenges and setbacks. That I am independent and I can take control of my life. And that I am mature enough to handle life and to make good choices. That I will achieve this goal for sure.

I know I am 9 years late but....... when I say this has saved me tremendously with my current class. This even helped with doing the review questions for my Med Tech classes. Thank you so much for keeping these videos. I have been taking notes from these videos. I kid you not the first two sentences has had all the info needed for my review questions. Rewriting the objectives in question form has helped me get the understanding of the chapters retaining what I've read. Thank you, thank you.

I work with a lot of women in college with ADHD. We don't see it through the lens of it being a limitation but rather it's giving us the blueprint for how your brain works and we work WITH the ADHD rather than seeing it as something we have to overcome.

Most everything I've done has always had some type of influence from others on my decisions, wether it be family, my kids, husband etc. And then who do I become made me even more excited because I not satisfied with the person that I've been. And creating a new me wasn't even on my mind until I saw this video!! That's gonna be the game changer!! Thank you so much!

Thank you for this! I’m going through the same thing now. This is my last semester and it’s going to be the most difficult by far. Advisors can be tough, mine has honestly said things that made me completely question all my goals (at times even change them). I also worked full time most of school because I needed the money but I have cut my hours in order to succeed in this semester.
