I did 360 degrees for 13 minutes and they were perfect. Sorry but 390 is way too high and those are too crispy and burnt

I love my Instant Pot blender. To break up Jalapeños, I use the Crushed Ice button then switch to Medium Blend button. Used my own fire friendly ratio of ingredients and enjoy it every time. ✌🏽

Some of y’all need better listening skills. SMH. Clearly said “390 for 15 minutes flipping mid way” I personally think lower temp would be better and less time to not crisp them so much . Trial and error!

I bought an air fryer recently and its all about the temp and time you put things in there. I would say lower the temp to 350 and check sooner than midway point and adjust accordingly. Maybe spread oil more evenly with a brush. Definitely healthier but sometimes you just want the grasa you know! 😉😂

Pan fried for sure the original sopes. Please do not try and change a Mexican original with new fangled silly devices. Look, you don't need o have a lot of grasa to fry sopes, but that's the way they should be. Your abuelos would be horrified you are using an air fryer 🙂

Yeah, I need to try your method. They never quite cook for me in the middle and they come out too soft in the middle and that's with frying them. My husband who is the white Mexican loves them.

First time ever buying sopes so felt it was a good idea to see how I should cook them. I may also try both ways depending on what I want at the time. Softer = pan fried, crunchier = air fryer. In fact, think I'll make some right now in my air fryer. Thanks for the vid!

Great effort! 🤔 Sounds more like a tostada. Lower the temperature and time, and brush on the oil. Sopes are not supposed to be that overcooked.

You didn't use cocoa powder. You used sweetened chocolaty drink mix. Totally different. Also, it would have been thicker if you had added the 2nd cup of cream before blending the ice to water. Try it again and it should be really good.

You skipped the most important thing 😬 I'm looking for answers if it actually blend everything by itself? I tried to use the soup program, but noticed it just started heating it. So I actually stopped the program and blended everything. But could I just put everything and let it be alone? Then come back to a soup?

How long does your salsa last?? How many days can I leave in the fridge? Thanks for the video!
@DanielisHungry
@DanielisHungry 2 жыл бұрын
I have used it 3 days after I make it (keeping it in the fridge covered in Tupperware). I wouldn't use it any longer than that. Thats my rule of thumb. Keep it in a container with the lid on. When you leave things uncovered in the fridge or anywhere it lasts a whole lot less. Use good judgment.

Hahaha, you just incorporated the buttermilk back into the butter with squeezing it through the bag. You should have hung the bag for awhile and the buttermilk would have dripped out. Thank you for answering my Google search.
