What size were your Ice Trays to make the bowl of Cubes? Or how much water did you pour into them? Why not mix the Chocolate with the Heavy Whipping Cream first? Thank you.

You didn't use cocoa powder. You used sweetened chocolaty drink mix. Totally different. Also, it would have been thicker if you had added the 2nd cup of cream before blending the ice to water. Try it again and it should be really good.
