Look at those beautiful and crispy granules at 4:55 !! It's so hard to capture them through the atmospheric "porridge" here at 25 meters above sea level!

We check all sources of emission of CO2 to air, following The EU ETS Regulations that are a requirement in Europe. It’s a cap and trade system of quotas on emission, and we control this both physically and through calculations and procedures etc

I take my first real ice bath in two days, this Saturday. I have a WHM workshop to attend. I'm excited and scared all at once. This video was so beautiful, it reminds me that this practice is spiritual above all else.
