This was my working situation in the company Flextronics international, the first 2 years I tried really hard to make the idiots to understand, the rest of my time amongst them I just screwed them, after 3 years of screwing i found a better job and left this company full of idiots and left a big mess behind.

This is how actual corporate bureaucracy works. Or, more precisely, fails to work.

Part of the problem here, aside from them being mindless bureaucrats created by corporate law, is that he's terrible at explaining and communicating with them. He fails to explain what perpendicular means, fails to explain the he thinks of lines as being straight, where is they are thinking of a line drawing of a kitchen, et cetera.

This is why we are failing as a civilisation, stupid people in charge because as engineers we want to get on with engineering and not management otherwise absolutely nothing would get done at all.
