Appreciate the effort. But this is a biased historical take which skipped tons of crucial events. Some of the narratives here are debatable, the trigger of the war wasn't necessarily based on a particular raid in Mashonaland, the details of the raid are exaggerated but I understand after going through some of your sources (clearly not a fan of Lobengula or his nation) that you're just sharing what you know. There's a Museum in Bulawayo that has rich history and evidence on all these things, check it out. I want to end but I can't but get over the fact that there's missing battles, the so called "bribes" which were in reality a plead by Lobengula for the settlers to not massacre his people. Eyy there's just so much 💔

The poster puts several facts or arguments down in this clip to inform the viewer. Many people in the comments below make aggressive comments, yet only one or two state facts they base their criticism on. It is clear the poster only wants to provide information that appear to carry historical support. If you have different information, present it and educate. But keep your stupid comments like “ get your facts right - we are not mixed” to yourself. You must be a complete fool to reason that you are not of mixed descent if your ancestors include just about every nation south of the north pole. Of much more importance is are there missing bits of history in this short summary that is important? Is there incorrect information? Those are the things that viewers want to know. Not your kak pointless remarks.

Thanks indeed, I need to seriously re-learn my history. This is not what they teach us at school all they do is teach us about the Boer War, and how great the settlers are and nothing is said of our history prior to 1910. My plight would be to speak with my Xhosa people, the fight for our land has never been accomplished and has never stopped. We may pretend we are okay with being stripped of culture, identity and religion but we will never find peace and have wealth and build a legacy for our children as while we continue to live like we are Settlers/Abelungu. The reason we our people continue to live under poverty and alcoholism is bcoz the fight the war never ended. Blood was spilled and our ancestors died for us to live in a world where we would be free to modernize our Africa our way and own what was originally ours. The reason ya'll are praying non-ending prayers to Jesus is bcoz the brainwashing which stripped you off your dignity, identity and everything which you stand for still enjoys the fruits of your forefathers land , laughs and bathes in my grandfathers blood and says BEE is the enemy and the Constitution is your solution. We will never find peace as the questions our forefathers needed answers to are still not yet answered. Abantu abadala bayathetha, bathi - sithulele ntoni - ngubani osiguqule wasenza izibhanxa. Akekho uYesu ozazokusihlangula abantu emhlabeni bayazihlangula bayazilwela, kwaye bayayimela into yabo. The West own our wealth, our land and we don't get a cent.

In South Africa the Khoi - Khoi stayed in caves and wilderness . White people seeked them and took them out of wilderness to use them as slaves in their farms . All of what he is talking about maybe it happened in other areas of Africa , but not in South Africa .
