911 paramedic here, I’ll be buying this game not only to just support the work you put in and giving EMS some love, but it also looks pretty awesome. Intubation, ECG, protocols…sounds promising. Now I get to feel like I’m at work while at home, thanks! Lol. One question, will there be 12-Lead interpretation?

This finally looks like something more in deep then seen from other developers, although it has a few rough spots visible in this gameplay overview. Just look at 02:29 where you insert a needle through the i.V. to administer medication?

Where are firefighters and police if you go to a traffic accident ?

This looks amazing with a great level of detail in the treatment of injuries. Looks well put together! I do have thoughts though. 1:12. One thing that REALLY ruins these kinds of sims for me is the immersion breaking lack of detail that goes into portraying an incident like that. A big part of these roles is how you interact with other agencies. It just stops short because it's unlikely there wouldn't be any other emergency services at that scene to hand off information to you, or even a bunch of police and fire for traffic control securing the scene and providing first aid before you arrive. It's like the only people doing things in the whole city is a single EMT. Being a singular ambulance responding to a severe bus accident is unlikely. Unless you happen to get there first, but the other agencies would arrive fairly quickly in a big city to secure the scene. Police is often the first to respond to these sorts of things, and if they're not, they're usually on scene pretty quick along with fire. You're basically just doing a driving simulator at that point and jumping from script to script without much agency. Or you're on an active fire scene with hazards nearby as an EMT, but I'm pretty sure that 3:18, YOU as an EMT wouldn't be standing in a short sleeved shirt next to a downed patient with a giant fireball shooting out of a pipe. A firefighter would likely have had to move them out of danger first. For these sims, I beg developers to make it practical. If you set the tone with a deep medical simulation, it's easy to break the immersion with cheesy godlike stuff like this. It's why I didn't like firefighter simulator, you didn't really do firefighting, you had a pre set place to park, you really weren't doing much except pointing a hose at things. No physics, no collapse, no simulation of what happens when you don't follow procedure, everything just happens on rails.

Very cool. I hope you have obese patients. Most patients in America will be obese and it's very difficult to find a vein or perform certain procedures without specialized equipment.

I used to be Ambulance driver two years ago in my country, so yeah... even the driver needs to be prepared and master all paramedic procedures. So I'm really really excited to this one. Can't wait

Looks very good!! But a few things should be adjusted before the release: no grass should grow on the sidewalk, other emergency vehicles should also have their flashing lights on if they are already on site, the speed display should be down next to the map

Looks more serious than PSPO. There is blood, and corpses, and very serious injuries. I will definitely buy it. I like it because it is a more serious game, for an adult audience. I am not a fan of medical themes, but damn, I want to play this. I understand perfectly well that PSPO is your big game. But I do not believe that PSPO will develop the way players want. I hope that this new game will sell much better than PSPO, and you will buy the rights to PSPO and create a second part, but with a more serious approach. As it should be. We expect this from you!)) We want to see a new game about the police, for an adult audience. And we believe in you)

Since the game will be on steam will it be on the workshop I would love to have another design on the ambulance based on a real city or county and real sirens with ability to have dual sirens.

Not accurate at all, they wouldn’t let some little girl become a courier in the field when they could use a man in his prime. There’s a reason history was what it was. You weirdo lefties keep making flops for games and crying when it doesn’t work out

2:28 a needle in a cannula?! that is maybe wrong. that not work, it is only the syrange without a needle that goes into a cannula! and a helm and jacket for savety when it is an accident or fire nearby i missing. alos, paramdecis goes never in dangerous, the firefighter brings wounded person to paramedics. but paramedics alon goes never into fire or nearby chemicals.

Please bring this type of games to Android & iOS.There are so many simulation games on play store which has worst graphics.Also the screenshot shown on game details page are fake.
