the whole hack was about how to get the tire off, but in the video, you cut it off EXACTLY when you put the first 4 zip-ties on, so we can not see how that is done? Why? My tire is stuck, I can not get even the smallest flat screw-driver inbetween, so no chance to get a zip in, how did you get the first zip in? Whenb trying to wedge a screw-driver in between the rim and tire it went thru the tire/tube, the tire is GLUED to the rim... Any extra advice to loosen it up?
