Purchased a racing boat version of your boat a few months ago. I have a 70hp Mercury 3 cyl to put on it, just about the same as yours. What size and pitch prop were you running? Do you have a tach hooked up to it and if so what is the max rpm. I read never go over 5,800 rpm with a 3 cyl merc

thats awesome that you found one, only a handfull of twistercrafts were ever built. i believe only between 3-6 of the bass boats were built, more of the racing hulls but not many more

No, but the boat manual doesn't really have much in it thats useful other than wiring diagrams and there should be wiring diagram stickers on the inside of the battery compartment lid. Everything else is available online.

At 8:01, white fuse box. Do you have an idea what's the first 40A fuse is used for? I recently got a Wagon R and i have no idea. The fuses are 2 40A and 1 70A. Thank you.

Probably the major inigition fuses, 40a and 70a are both pretty robust. You should make a video of yours

Good job bud! I have the exact same power plant in my 2004 Sea Ray but I sure wish I had all that glorious space around my engine to work! Makes it alot easier. Just rebuilt the water pump and man what a job. Cheers from Canada

I am right handed so i prefer to have my right hand on the wheel and shifting left handed is easy to learn and feels natural
