I was there as a member of Placid Lassies maintenance crew, What an experience this was to see these wonderful aircraft's enter such a great venue. The people that came up to me and asked many questions about the aircraft and then relayed their experience of having a father or grand father take them for their first airplane ride on a C47 was magical. I could see in their eyes the joy of not only remembering but also sharing their memories.

I am from Uruguay, 85. I did fly on a DC-3 twice in 1965, short hop Montevideo-Punta del Este (55 miles), Pluna airlines, 28 seats. Fine though a bit noisy aircraft. Thank you for this really interesting video.

I had a lovely morning there and I popped up on you video sat on a bench from the kneck down😃I had a lovely ride around Potton and Sutton etc on the Green Bedford single deck bus.

Well synchronised propellers. Crew are flying it right. Oh, and it is beautiful.

We were the only two people on that trip and the next train that left only had a lady with a little boy of aboiut 3yrs old.

I like Quarry Hunslets, as there are a good number of these little engines surviving, out of the number that were built.

Thanks for that. Nice to see i did not drive 794 too badly. My last day in service as i retired yesterday after 18 years of bus driving very fittingly driving 794 on service 176 with united counties passengers.

Excellent video, I sat by the Cople Turn bus stop for several hours photographing the buses as they ran to and from Bedford, several drivers gave me a toot or a wave 😃
