Most anti-fun champion is lux support in my opinion. If you have a melee support and God forbid if you are a low range adc, you have to choose between gold and exp because she will spam e to poke you every time you walk up and eventually you'll have to base or die. She has no mana cost (after just a sapphire crystal) and basically no CD.
