Funny because I was gonna actually do the same. Some without seaweed and most with. Because my bf never liked seafood anyway. That's also how I make potato and macaroni salad because he's picky about most ingredients 😒

Also you can make it with “Hearts of Palm from Golden Farms” brand and it taste like fish after adding lime juice and tomato.
