This is off topic but your voice is so pleasant to hear. The recipe is easy to follow, your instructions are very clear. My familia is not vegan, I always bring my food to their gatherings. Thank you so much!🙇🏾♀️ it was deeeeeelicious! I used shitake mushrooms instead cause it's what I had on hand and i took 45 mins but it's cause the shitake take longer than the enoki. Thanks again 🙋🏽♀️

Hi. My brother has been a vegetarian for at least 5 years now and I want to try this recipe for him. We are celebrating my father’s 75th birthday this Sunday and I’m making pozole verde de pollo. I tried a different recipe before but it wasn’t very tasty at all so I’m hoping this will be better! Thank you for the recipe! P.S. I also always add hominy to my salsa to thicken it up!!! To my salsa, I add spinach (for color), pepitas, poblanos & mole (verde for extra flavor:) Can’t wait to try this recipe! 🙏 🥰

This recipe is almost like mine except I prefer my pozole rojo. I love various levels of corn. I add corn and hominy in my pozole and when its done I top with corn nuts. Not traditional at all but it taste amazing. This was an awesome video! Never tried the enoki trick you did. I need to try it!

🌱Receta🌱 . . . . . . 7 tomatillos -limpios 3 dientes de ajo 1 chile serrano +mas al gusto 2 pedazos de cebolla Cilantro Puno de espinacas 1/4 cdta sal 2 Cda's pasta de caldo vegano -use la marca better than bouillon + mas al gusto (Puedes substituir el caldo de pollo vegano y las 7 tazas de agua, por 7 tazas de consome de vegetal) 7 tazas de agua + 1 taza para la salsa 1-1/2 Cda aceite de aguacate +mas para los hongos enoki 4 latas de garbanzos o maíz -retira el agua (yo combine 3 latas de garbanzo con 1 taza de maiz) (Aparta 2 Cda de garbanzos o maiz para licuar en la salsa) En una olla a fuego mediano, cocina los tomatillos y chile serrano. Cuando hierva espera mas o menos unos 2 minutos y luego reduce el fuego a bajo. Para que se cocinen despacio y no se revienten porque eso puede hacer que se hagan amargos. Mientras los tomatillos se cosen.. Anade 7 tazas de agua a una olla grande sobre el fuego bajo-medio. Luego agrega 1 pedazo de cebolla, 1 diente de ajo, hojas de cilantro. También pasta de caldo vegano y los garbanzos/maiz. Regresando a los tomatillos, cuando estén tiernos pon los en la licuadora. Con el chile serrano, oregano seco, 2 Cda de garbanzo/maiz, 1 pedazo de cebolla, 2 dientes de ajo, un puño pequeño de cilantro y un puño entero de espinacas, 1-4 cdta sal y 1 taza de agua. Licua muy bien. Para el siguiente paso ánade 1-1/2 Cda de aceite de aguacate en una olla a fuego mediano. Deja caer la salsa verde en el aceite caliente y fríe hasta que se hagan burbujas como a los 3 minutos. Ahora incorpora la salsa verde al caldo, pero antes retira el pedazo de cebolla, diente de ajo y cilantro. Mezcla bien, tapa y sube el fuego a medio-alto. Cocina por 10 minutos hasta que llego a un hervor. Apaga el fuego y sirve. “Puerco vegano, estilo Carnitas” 🍄Hongos Enoki Necesitaras: Hongos enoki- corta 1-1/2 pulgada de la parte de abajo y separa en piezas mas chicas así como en el video. Aceite de vegetal Sal sazonada Calienta una cazuela a fuego mediano-alto, ánade suficiente aceite para freír los hongos. Cuando el aceite este caliente, con cuidado pon los hongos en el aceite y frie por ambos lados, hasta que los hongos se doren. Retira, quita el exceso de aceite con una toallita, sazona con sal y listo. 💚
