Can you explain why that the EPA/DHA profile of green pastures fermented cod liver oil does not match the actually profile of Cod liver oil but that of standard fish oil? EPA/DHA in cod liver should be 2:3 and not 3:2 like standard fish oil. Why does the fermented cod liver share the same ratio as standard fish oil?

I recently discovered the joy of black salt. There is less sodium, and I often eat bits of it just like that. I am very well hydrated, so my blood/salt values are perfect. Any thoughts on black salt?

I've been taking the Fermented Cod Liver Oil with Concentrated Butter oil for about a month now. I bought it because it was recommended to me for high blood pressure. I haven't noticed a lowering of my BP but did notice a big difference in my joint health, especially lower back. At 68 I'm a bit stiff in that area but after a month of taking the Fermented CLO w/Butter Oil I feel like a kid again. I can bend over and pick things up without feeling any stiffness or soreness. It's amazing! One bottle will last 2 months, so $47 a bottle seems like a good deal.

From WILD CAUGHT COD ONLY. I was in the aquaculture industry long enough to find out what they feed them and the insane amounts of chemicals used to keep them alive. AVOID THEM!

I’m taking a magnesium supplement that has 3 types of magnesium. Magnesium citrate, malate and glycinate. I just wonder what your opinion of this combo is? My anxiety has greatly reduced and sleep is a little better. All in only a week. 300 mg. daily. Thank you!

You actually want Albion's Magnesium Bisglycinate Chelate. This is a fully reacted di-peptide and it the most bioavailable form of magnesium. Magnesium Glycinate is not the same. This is typically a magnesium salt, either carbonate or oxide, blended with glycine. Not a chelate, not a fully reacted di-peptide! Don't be fooled!

LOL, until recently I hadn't realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's a relief! Although what he previously suggested was pretty good, it was a real pain to follow... go'ogle Mario's Thunderous Erections, you'll see why it's so much easier and potent now!

Exellent tidbit. Preparation is key!!! Also, it really helps me when I write it down. Even during the busy holidays, I try to keep my food journal up to date. When you can see what you're eating all totaled up at the end of the day, it makes a big difference. But be honest because you're only cheating yourself if you aren't.

Great advice Bruce. I can attest to the success of wearing fitted clothing during the holidays, and other family meals, where you may overindulge. I know it is not scientifically proven; however, it does work. I wear both form fitting pants & top and, Voila! I don't eat nearly as much as I would if I wear stretchy pants. A+ advice!!
