Am i the only one, seeing like red things when i see an optical ilusion like i see the red and green but theres also red things Well idk what it is but it happens when my eyes cant process something like example optical illusions and i guess its an indicator That my eyes are glitching out😂

By doing this exercise, which is a trap, ok, don't do it. It literally rewires your brain, it actually does. And then, when you see in real life lines that are vertical, it could be anything at all. In the vertical lines, you can still see the colors in between the lines, even if it's made out of wood, metal, or something outside, if it's a fence. I STILL SEE IT, MAN!

I did this about six years ago. This popped into my head on a whim and I came back. I can still see red and green in the initial image. It’s been SIX YEARS. The first time I saw this, I was young enough to get nightmares about having permanently ruined my vision. Y’all this is crazy.

Wouldn't recommend doing this, did this back in 2018 and i still see it, obviously it depends on the person but for most people the minium is a couple months, so if this lasts for years dont be suprised

I watched this EXACT SAME video 2 or 3 years ago, I still see the colors abit (its faded, but its almost the exact same hue/shade from when I first tested it out which was also pretty faded) pretty cool but also pretty freaky ngl

I noticed that the more I do it the higher the saturation. If at the beginning is a faint color, it later becomes more visible. Also it's the white background that shifts tint as I believe it wouldn't work with white and *color of choice* stripes. What surprised me is that I have an afterimage of the stripes, I see everything with slight lines.
