Mate I went to watch Man Utd v Liverpool, Man Utd v Man City which ere their two fiercest rivals. I also went to see Man Utd v Asti Villa all at Old Trafford in the Stratford end around 1994 during the Fergie era and the atmosphere was shite on all 3 occasions. Extremely disappointing! I then went to watch a Celtic v Rangers game in 1998 and the atmosphere was off the scale! Absolutely amazing, best experience of my life. I also went to watch a game between Reading and Man City around 1999 and to this day I still swear that some English games have artificial crowd noises added when you watch these games on Tv because even with a full stadium it was like a morgue!! The only person I could hear was a City fan who’d ended up in the Reading end. Scottish people are just far more passionate! And friendly for that matter. You’ll love your time in SCOTLAND 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
