As a complete beginner would it be wise to start with this style of playing guitar or to build a strong foundation of basic guitar skills before switching over to this style?

I've done all the lessons up to this point. I've actually learned to play bass from these lessons, but are there more? It sounds like there were more lessons after this one I feel like I'm left hanging. Where can I find them??
Got it thanks. Learning to tune acoustic guitars will help alot to tune the bass guitar

Percussion guitar is all on the strings for me because I only play electric. I like the focus on time tho.

I've been playing drums for almost 25 years now, however I found out just recently that the shuffle is strangely missing from my pocket. And I am really glad to call this man my teacher. Respect and for other and future tutors - take notes!

There's something I can't figure out. In the notation at minute 2:23, there should be half notes instead of quarter notes, and quarter notes instead of eighth notes. And the bpm should also be doubled. In this way, the strength changes and the half note is hit with the right stick.

I am a 69-year-old singer, but have always wanted to learn how to play the bass I've looked at several different videos on how to learn how to play bass but this series is probably the easiest that I've found so far. I was having a lot of issues with the fretting hand technique but your video on the freddingham made it so much clearer to understand
