Great Vid. don't know if you have yet but it would be cool to make vid's of different famous drummers kits- to give people an idea of what they could do.

This video was incredibly helpful! It's rare to find such a detailed breakdown of a drum set. At the 4:31 mark, there's a mention of "Hi Tom." Shouldn't it be "High Tom" instead?

Talk , talk talk talk , duh may be need "AI" skipping ALL the TALK TALK TALK that many of us KNOW , but listing to all the TALKING, to really learning Made many of us QUIT. $$$ time and money in a busy days life, with little time to get to a lesson, play for 30 minutes. travel home. TOO LATE now have to get ready for next day at work....GET it . We want to know who is teaching can play tunes that seem FUN TO LEARN , or practice Not cords .stop and talk talk talk some MORE>

The comment early on in the video about classical guitars having (only) six strings is incorrect and ignores an over two centuries old tradition of the 7 string guitar from Russia which includes a large repertoire written for it.

Why you swicth from five strings?

I know these lessons are 11 years old already, and I'm at a complete loss on why don't they have much more audience, as they are excellent. I do have a question, though. This plucking technique seems very soft, would it need some adjustment for an acoustic bass?

Incredible lesson on how to use the cymbals. There are countless lessons on how to hit them, but few actually mention how we should add the cymbals to our playing tastefully. Thank you so much for the lesson!

picked up a guitar back in 2014, couldn't do barre chords and left. then got another one in 2020, still struggling with barre chords, started getting the hang of it then stopped again. back to it in 2024 (10 years after the first time) and now i am finally a bit more confident with barre chords! im a slow but sure learner 😂 it's okay to give up and go back at it again, time is what we make of it 🎸
