I only take a shower before the massage. The oil never stains because the skin absorbs the oil. Your skin never feels sticky after a massage, it just feels well moisturised.🦋

@harmeetkaurbatra6352 it’s not about the skin it’s more about the oil you choose because some oil will not absorbed quickly no matter your skin type. Also the longer the massage the more it will get absorbed. If you don’t massaged it long enough it doesn’t have time to absorbed

I will do a video about my weight loss soon but to be short I used to walk 10k a day in the morning on empty stomach, drink water all day (2L) and do intermittent fasting (around 16-18h fast per day). I used to break my fast around 11am-1pm and start my fast at around 7-8pm. No sweets or processed food at all. I cooked everything at home bc I knew what was in the food. No sweets, no sugary drinks or fizzy drinks. Only water and tea. If i craved chocolate I’ll go for 70% dark chocolate one/two square here and there but I didn’t felt like it tbh. I opened my fast with protein, healthy fat and fiber/iron rich food (eggs, chicken breast, spinach, avocado, sourdough bread). I used to do my walk in the morning before eating so my body go in my reserve (the fat in my body) to get energy. During fasting time I drink water all the way through. I realised when I didn’t drink water during my fasting time I didn’t used to lose weight as much. And also sleep as early as you can. Sleeps helps a lot bc your body needs recovery and also if you sleep, you don’t eat night snacks lol Bonne chance ❤️

Hello there! Yes the drinks are complimentary with any service. On the last day of Ramadan and during Eid day they usually have a catering company that comes to serve fancier drinks -like the ones in the video. They do serve the classic ones during normal days though. When they do something special for the last day of Ramadan/Eid, it is usually announced on their Instagram. You can also ask them via DM if the catering company will be coming this year. Regarding the service I get it’s the luxury SPA mani/pedi. X

Hello dear, I live full time in Dubai and only go back to France sometime during holiday. Our cat is in France with my family and stay there💓 He doesn’t travel. I haven’t had a cat of my own yet in Dubai because I travel often and I don’t have family in Dubai to leave them my animal. Also I don’t feel comfortable leaving my animal alone even for a short time, it’s stressful for them…maybe one day I’ll find a solution 🫶🏻

The UAE was the first in the world to go into lockdown and really performed the best when handling urgency so we started early around March 2020. We already knew something was up end of Feb/March so people where kind of getting ready and we where out of lockdown in July 2020 and never had to go back in lockdown again after that 🫶🏻
