It is apple season here in Normandy France so together we are picking apple from my garden and baking with mum our family traditional French apple pie. It wouldn't be a Northern French summer without the rain and the capricious weather. Walking on the beach, listening to the sound of waves and feeling as free as the sound of the wind in Deauville. Sharing precious moment around a drink or two in the iconic Deauville Le Normandy and being passionate about a polo match supporting our local team Barriere.
