Every shot under 15km the derby will reach the tatget faster idk why u didnt too at least 2 derbys for late close mid range shots

In practice the derby seems to derp out a lot. 120 is more reliable on any distance

Always love when 5-6 players will all chase one guy... It's like, after the third guy what are you even thinking? You think you're going to be the one to get em when there are 4-5 other guys on his tail? It's absolutely frustrating when it's your team as well. You'll be left by yourself to defend against another 2-3 enemies because half your team chase one fkn guy...

10:32 it's such a simple tactic that should be common sense and I do the same thing especially when flying the F-16, yet players just don't do it. I honestly doubt that most people even have the "radar on/off" keybind set lol

Bummed you didn’t use the derbys. It lets you do things you can’t normally do with the other f16s. Also at certain high altitudes the derby will hit before the 120 within 25 kilometers.

+++++ Unpopular opinion but AMRAAMS are overrated. The vast majority of ARH kills are made within 10-15 km range where MICA and Derby shine.

Right now it shares a FM with the F16D (bug report out), but it is just the best F16 in the game. Double the CMs of the Block 50, and you can take the much more maneuverable Derby *_AT THE SAME TIME AS THE AMRAAM_* , so you can have the same early game presence, and better mid/late game presence, while having much more survivability because of the extra CMs.

It’s around 500kgf, so a relatively sizable difference, but it’s FM should be the same or lighter than the block 50s, and be real, how many dogfights are gonna come down to flight performance, and not missiles? And I’m also usually much more skilled than the F16Cs I dogfight, so I just win anyways. Imma be taking my extra 120 CMs and my well rounded loadout, and have a great time flying the best F16

They don't share same FM. F-16C block 40 has separate FM from 16D and it's lighter(9018 kg empty for F-16D vs 8860kg for F-16C)

I would say yes. Compared to F-20 or any other top tier premium Bison is pretty interesting and has funni missiles.

Really like the quick reviews at the end. So between the J10 and the Mirage which do you prefer? I wish they didn’t nerf the loft on the MICAs.

I prefer Mirage honestly. DEFAs are easier to use, magics have more range and MICAs are just funni with thrust vectoring. J-10 still is nice though.

Will you do an overview of the Israeli F16 C? It has 240 countermeasures and can carry Aim 120s with Derbys. Seems totally worth it for a worse engine.
