I learned a lot from Angelique’s explanations of their individual roles and behaviour’s, having watched and been fascinated by gorillas from a child myself, now 44 I’m still learning thanks to her way of story telling and life associating their actions to ours for understanding, I don’t suppose she will read this but I extend my sincere gratitude for what she’s contributed to primates, and unfortunately at a great cost to herself on more than a few occasions from multiple bouts of malaria to loosing digits and almost her entire arm early in her career/studies, and as a spinal injury victim myself know only too well what devastating accidents such as animal attacks can have on one’s life. Thank you Angelique for a another wonderful introduction to Macumba and his family 🙏🏼

A very moving video. Very educational in relation to how things are reciprocal in nature. I think humans have lost that. These are beautiful animals and very closely related to us. We can can re-learn from them. Want to be a good parent? Throw your books and psychology advice out the window and watch these animals.

I would love to see a video of you finding a panther. We still have a few in the Southern US. I will never ever forget hearing 1 scream during a sleep over when I was about 10 yrs old. I swear on my Bible it sounded like a woman screaming way out in the woods and even the coyotes shut up.! LoL I enjoyed your video, keep making them. God bless you and your family ALWAYS.

Awwwww…..the babies are so darling! I want to save them all!!! Look how tiny 6 month old Chuma is! I understand that other predators have to eat, but they don’t have to necessarily eat off of elephant meat. There are plenty of other species in the wild that they can feed on. It has to be heartbreaking even for an elephant to lose their young. Perhaps it’s even heartbreaking for a zebra or a Buffalo. But obviously someone has to die and clearly it was bad. She is still alive and suffering. How must it feel to be eaten while you’re still alive? That has to be the worst. Christ Almighty….nature sucks.

kinda stupid how much they anthropomorphize the lives of these elephants. Yes they are smart, granted, but it is stupid to elevate their thinking to such a level, and expect people to believe it. Just another example of the disneyfication of wildlife,

its annoying how these docs over exaggerate the "ferocity" and danger that these animals pose to people. The do it to create interest for the documentary, but at the expense of the truth. THERES NO WAY THAT A DWARF CROC HAS THE BITE FORCE OF A NILE. They are the most chill, laid back crocs out there and do not pose any danger to people. unless you provoke it and shove your hand into its mouth, its completely harmless, not at all like this doc tries to tell us
