Rewatching this years later.. I can’t help but say the blame for this team crumbling is on Loco’s shoulders. Babying Piglet, defaulting to Piglet, always bickering with Josh, no control over his emotions, incredibly passive aggressive, refusal to accept any level of responsibility, never willing to implement any change in his own part of the team. Always pointing fingers.

It took me 25 minutes to realize this Loco person was the coach and not a player. Dardoch had a bad track record with communicating, but a coach should have been ready to deal with clashing personalities from the get-go. I understand that a growth mindset is important, but the players are the focus for a team's development, not the coach. TL could have replaced Loco or brought on staff that was better equipped to deal with the players personally instead of filming people arguing for 2 hours. Also, the way the owner was involved in these disputes between Loco and Dardoch seemed weird and unprofessional. He's not a sports psychologist or a coach, so imo, he shouldn't have been there telling Dardoch that he's too emotional, immature, etc. That obviously wasn't a smart way to give feedback to a teenager who doesn't take feedback well. He could have left that up to someone who was trained to work with different personalities. I enjoy watching these videos, but at the same time, it gives me less faith in Team Liquid to be successful when they are still airing their dirty laundry several years later in 2023.
