It might be able to happen. Smoothie's champ pool is huge, so if he can play front line and Grig can play front line, like he did a lot last year, then it's possible. BrokenBlade seems to be more of a fighter/bruiser than a tanky front line Top Laner, so I think we may see Bjerg play some more assassin type of stuff depending on what BB's champ pool looks like, but Bjerg will probably keep playing more team fight oriented laners like he did last season.

DL didn't get along with some of the TSM employees. Don't know if it was players or management, but it was definitely dragging him down. Now Double Lift is a good player, maybe not known for his consistency, but he can carry. The organization has to make sure the team can succeed. Removing double lift is one way if they just can't make it work. But I feel that this has been going on for a long time now within TSM. Ultimately they have to look in the mirror and not at their players underperforming and then just replacing them. I mean that's how Trump does business and he has the IQ of a dungheap.

@@aeon5566 when is the last time doublelift ever performed against a good ad carry? Doublelift is only good when the event isn't
@aeon55666 жыл бұрын
@@Manjai122 I disagree. Thing is he is overconfident and that gets him killed. But you have to compare him to his own region and not anything outside. Since the NA region is so weak there is little to no practice to make these guys able to compete on an international event. I do think a lot of the other regions ADCs are better than him yes, but that doesn't mean that he isn't a good player. Also, contrary to popular belief games aren't won by individual skill.

I live in Israel, so any US lcs team is somewhat strangers to me, but last season I was rooting for TSM because of Bjerg and tradition, C9 because of team atmosphere, and Echo Fox because of Dardoch-Huni good moments. Now C9 is great, I'm happy for their success in world's and wish them all well. EchoFox dropped both players I cared for, especially Dardoch (Huni's ability to singlehandedly lose a game annoyed me somewhat). This year I'm going to follow TSM because of Bjerg and BrokenBlade. Both ate highly professional, cerebral players with amazing mechanics as well - perfect combo for me. Good luck Bjerg, good luck TSM, make your fans (and this new one) proud!

Good to see you being open about these things Bjergsen. But you also have to be honest. You didn't lose because of just one game. You kept repeating this a couple of times, but the synergy and mistakes in the team were too many to be able to consistently win games. If it was TSM performing amazingly and then losing by one game it'd be a bummer for you guys, but 2018 showed I think the real results of TSM underperformance. I think you managed to get away with it because NA is underperforming every year before when comparing to other high tier regions. This is common knowledge. I still enjoy watching NA LCS, but 2018 was a real bad year for NA even though C9 managed to get far in Worlds. Props to them, but that is not a reflection of how poor the region currently is.

What these players and coaching staff don't realize is that if you don't have chemistry you don't win. If you replace everyone every year you will never build that teamwork, communication, and cohesion. It's no coincidence that SKT who has kept the same roster keeps winning. I believe in this new TSM roster and think it is the strongest one they have built. Now you actually have to grow and learn to play and not expect a championship caliber team. This TSM team can be mean if you let it develop and play together.
