It’s microwave / oven . I have used metal tray so I used oven for melting butter. If you are using glass tray please use microwave for melting butter

Nice recipe...especially, your sauce recipe is great..cooked rice vermicelli noodles (thin rice noodles) can also be added to these rolls. Also using the seedless strips of cucumber without peeling the cucumber gives nice color to the wrap...also just quickly dipping the rice paper in water and taking out (less than 10 seconds) helps keep the rice-paper stay little firm and not wilt/limp....

I used maida to make the gravy thick & to increase it’s quantity. You can add oats flour or regular wheat flour instead of maida or you can totally skip it.
