Thanks for the great review! How is the eye relief from NV setup vs without NV? Were you able to find a happy medium/good at one/sucky at another? I'm 55 with aging eyes, and a background in instinctive archery, lol, for context. I bought a Bugbuster scope for my airgun and it has generous (4"ish claimed) eye relief, but I'm probably using 3- 3 1/2 for my eyebox. Any chance the NV100+ would work for me as its intended dual purpose, on maybe have to settle on using as NV only? Thanks for any help you can give!

Thank you for pointing out that every situation is different and to assess whether or not you'll need lethal force. I was shopping for something like this which I could use as a first resort to ward off a perp whether at home or out on the town, with my lethal pistol as a last resort backup option. But as you said, either could be the first option depending on the situation. I just want to minimize the risk that innocents get hurt if I have to resort to force.

Your video made me add the Air Javelin! That was a good demo. Ill be getting that soon. Lethal options like firearms and bows are nice to have. But thats dicey for legal situations. A guy can break into my house and if I choose lethal first? What if he is unarmed? Well, now Im in trouble. However pepper balls and pepper spray will put down most attackers. These pistols are great for hikers! It scares the hell out of bears and big cats! Keep shooting and stay safe, my dude.

Glad to see content again. Like the channel. I’m in the minority where I really don’t love my digital scope. It is fully functional and good at night but they just lack when compared to a decent glass scope during the day. All decked out they are 6-700 dollars. If you look through a 7 hundred dollar scope then look through a digital you are probably going to be highly disappointed. If your thing is shooting at night then by all means but for daytime use these are highly lacking in my opinion.

Your gun doesn't have the same problem as mine ! I have a Megalodon .510 15 inch. When I fill to 4500, the slug literally bounces off a 2x4 and lands nearly undamaged whatsoever. I have heard several people talk about valve lock, but that doesn't explain why some megalodons DO NOT have this issue. I have to shoot down to 3800psi, before it operates like it should. Also, people say that higher psi doesn't mean more power? No it doesn't, but it definitely does mean LESS SHOTS, and this big bore doesn't give you that many shots to begin with at full power. Does the .45 suffer less from this than my .510? If it was only a little power loss I wouldn't care, but again the slug bounces off a 2x4 at even 4200psi. IS THERE A WAY TO REMEDY THIS?
