As a kid spending a lot of my free time in arcades I can remember when this game first dropped. The MK machine went from having 10-20 people standing around it to having everyone at the KI machine overnight. It was different. Had 3D graphics and was so cool. I miss arcades. If I ever become rich I’m starting an arcade with old and new games. All the way from Galaga to VR headset games!!! Give the kids something to do as well as us adults who grew up in the 80’s & 90’s. Also the fact that new games used to be 19.99 is kinda depressing 😂

KI is such an underrated game in the FGC. If Microsoft wants to show brand confidence again, I'd suggest bringing Killer Instinct back. Advertise it properly, let the KI community show love & support for a next gen sequel! #BringBackKI #PlayKI

Sad to see the C&L Controls Championship Joystick get shafted, considering it was the first Arcade Stick for the SNES to feature proper arcade sticks/buttons... All the way back in 1992!!! Mad Catz even went to the creator of it for input on how they should approach making their own Arcade Sticks... How do I know this? The guy who made the Championship Joystick was my dad.

KI was so damn cool under Double Helix. It was heavy, raw, gritty and powerful. I hated the game after Iron Galaxy took it over.

Keeping it a stack here most of the reason we even need to play this bargaining game with devs and publishers of trying to find a compromise with players on content for the price in the modern era (only to get a full priced game + f2p DLC model lol) are because of people who are openly admitting to "spending more on f2p games than full priced ones". It's genuinely depressing to look at something like a $60+ valorant skin and having the normal person reaction of "thats fucking stupid" only for it to never change because there are plenty of real adults (who also have voting rights lol) who will just happily open their wallets for that nonsense.

Virtua Stick High Grade is simple and beautiful. Not the easiest to mod, but it's so good!

I was lucky enough to snag a copy for the Dreamcast, gosh, almost 25 years ago by now. My buddies and I would play it to death. All-nighters with Mountain Dew stuff. When I was taking my Dreamcast to college, and they'd beg me to leave it behind for them to play with, just because of MvC2.

I was introduced to the Magneto, Psylocke, Storm team by some pro when I first started playing Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 arcade in high school....I was the victim of a slaughter fest...oddly enough, not only that I was introduced to the pro level of MVC2 AS a beginner, but I kept playing these guys in hopes to beat them. But, as you can guess, I NEVER beat the pros that SLAUGHTERED me. I've learned a lot since and I'd like to perfect my skills in MVC2 asap! Otherwise I'll relive a trauma by another pro again.😅
