very easy if you have the standard headlight housing, if you have the new model ones this will not work and you have to basically take the whole thing out or have very small child hands.

I have a 2009 flex and this isn't the same headlight. Mines stock and you can't just grab the light from the back of it

Video was VERY useful in replacing halogen bulbs w LED on a 09 CRV. His gold nugget is to take the ring off the lights (at 2:15), install that, and then insert the bulbs in to that. The other thing is like he is saying, passenger side will take about 5 mins, driver side has minimal room but can be done. I LOOSENED two bolts that were right there pretty obvious that were playing a roll in securing the fuse box, came in from the bottom inside w the bulb, gave a bit of a lift to the fuse box as it was loosened, and that was enough to get the bulb by. There is also a comment by @bumblebvr6 mentioning the ability to lift the fuse box from some clips that are holding it, that would be golden if you can get that done, I'm sure it can, it looks as though it can, I tried that but didn't feel like it was going to work before I broke something. Would definitely be easier if you got that to work, other wise, loosen those two bolts you'll see right there and lift a bit on the fuse box.

I have a 2019 flex LTD, I can’t just pull the bulb out like you did. There is a plastic cover on both sides. The driver side is out and one of the screws is very hard to get to. Is there another way to change the bulb without having to take out the bumper?

This was an excellent video. One thing that would help alot is being shown how to get these right side up. I installed these, but they were upside down. I could not get them in upside down, so I just drive with them in High Beam mode and the have them light up the road and 1/2 of the sky in regular mode.

This was so easy, a 41 year old mom can do it! 😂 I had a little trouble pushing the clip on the old bulb - had to push the bulb down and then it pushed down and pulled it out real easy. Definitely has to remove the old rubber gasket, then twist and make sure the new one twists in fully. I got led lights on Amazon and was done in a few minutes. Easy peasy! Thank you so much for your video!

Dont you need a relay so the Hid bulbs last longer so it can pull power directly from the battery?

This video was well made and informative. I was going to take out the headlights to clean them, I'll just do it on the car.

Wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. The pop screws on the top has already been removed by someone and I didn’t bother taking the bottom ones off, just let the whole thing sag while I took the headlights out. In the end I just removed 4 screws on the front fender and then the 3 screws on the headlight.

Why do the headlights flicker at around 3:00 before coming on?
