The real reason its made in Pakistan is because this is less than $100 USD to make in Pakistan but by the time it gets to the Avi Leathers store it will be $624.49 USD

Something I haven't seen anyone mention is you can also get the 1 & -1 values without going into the model viewer. This doesn't take away from needing the argument number, but imo makes it easier so you don't have to go into the sim itself or model viewer. Beats having to change the missionedit lua every time. Just go into settings and at the bottom click "MAKE HTML" and it will make a whole page for you to look at and it will give you the HASH. For example: the ANTI-SKID Switch - PARKING BRAKE reads as this "d3014pnilu3014cd7vd1vpnilvu0" the important info can be broken down like so: "d3014" & "u3014" (down/up) is the command number (some things have two different numbers but for almost all switches the numbers should be same) "cd7" is the cockpit device (cd) "vd1" is going to be the value you want So for the Anti-Skid switch these are the hashes you would see: ANTI-SKID Switch - PARKING BRAKE "d3014pnilu3014cd7vd1vpnilvu0" 3014: 7: 1 ANTI-SKID Switch - ANTI-SKID "d3010pnilunilcd7vd0vpnilvunil" 3010: 7: 0 ANTI-SKID Switch - OFF "d3010pnilunilcd7vd-1vpnilvunil" 3010: 7: -1

Too bad the first mission is bullshit and basically unplayable in VR due to it being way darker than it was in reality. Enjoy flying with the aircraft IDs turned on because it’s the only way to complete the mission - very non-realistic!

@@ReflectedSimulations Informing people about a mission in the comments for that campaign’s video isn’t spam, it’s getting the word out before others are screwed over by your poor mission creation skills. Anyone considering buying this campaign - if you’re using a Quest 3, forget it, the first mission is unplayable and the developer doesn’t care. He’d rather childishly fight with a paying customer than fix his broken campaign. Don’t take my word for it, do a google search - you’ll find lots of complaints, all of which he ignores. On a related note, I know the DCS AI formation keeping isn’t the developer’s fault, but it sure wrecks the immersion when the other aircraft flit around like UFOs. Most of us have gotten used to it, but it seems especially worse in this campaign - it’s like a clown show. I don’t know if the developer is doing something that makes it more broken than it usually is, but it’s very noticeable.

@@Hackspear214 Getting what word out? That you can't hack it? Please do me a favor and never buy any of my campaigns again. I'd gladly lose a few bucks for not having to put up with your childish, entitled attitude. You're the stereotype of someone who shouldn't buy any of them. Your skills are not up to it and what's worse, your attitude is definitely not up to it either. I played the mission several times in a Quest 2. If you take a moment and stop being so cynical and entitled you may want to read a few books (you know what those are, right?) and find out that these guys had to live through the exact same conditions, except they didn't have a refly button, nor a chance to try and blame it on the 'mission designer'. Learn some humility or go play war thunder.

@ I honestly don’t know why reflected continues to mischaracterize what happened, but I’ll go over it again. I owned a Quest 3 headset, bought the Debden Eagles campaign, and started the first mission. You spawn in the P-51 and it was DARK. Not regular dark but one tiny step above BLACK. Even with the gamma turned all the way up, it was still impossible to make out the wings of your own aircraft, let alone other aircraft, the runway, etc. It was seriously unplayable. While trying different fixes, I had a friend bring over their Valve Index. It was the correct kind of dark, like you’d expect early in the morning - you could pretty easily make out the other aircraft, ground, etc. It was very playable and much much brighter than my Quest 3. After my friend left, I spent a few more days trying to make it work with no success. I then emailed the developer (Reflected) and told me about the issue. He didn’t believe me, and said it worked fine for him. I asked if he had a Quest 3 and he didn’t. I told him it was unplayable as is. He told me I just wasn’t as ‘tough’ as the guys in 1944 and it was the way it was in 1944 (unless they were wearing blindfolds, it *was not* the way it was). I told him that I can tell the difference between dark and BLACK, and that it was fine on the Index, but something was causing it to be basically black on the Quest. I also told him that I’d watched videos on KZbin of people playing the mission and it was much different than what you saw on the Quest 3. I asked if he could move the takeoff time forward to accommodate my headset and he refused. He said that he spent so much time researching to make everything accurate he wouldn’t change the time and I’d have to deal with it ‘just like the guys back then did’. He told me to read the combat reports of the mission. I explained that I was aware it was dark, but it wasn’t black, and to try to get through to him again, I asked him if mThe pilots in 1944 wore blindfolds when took off because that’s what it was like in my headset. After going a few rounds with him, I left a negative review on a website and he went off on me telling everyone that I just wasn’t as ‘tough’ as the guys back then, and maybe I shouldn’t be flying if I couldn’t handle it. Not the kind of response you expect to hear from a developer, especially the kind that should know that different VR hardware can show things differently. He wasn’t having the problem so it was inconceivable anyone else could be. That was a few months ago and I had dropped it until KZbin suggested one of his videos where he was talking about how great his campaign was. I left a short comment on it. This week KZbin suggested this one, so I left my previous comments and you can see he still won’t admit it could possibly be too dark to be playable on some hardware. Instead, as before, he berates me (a paying customer) for not being tough enough and not being familiar with pilot stories about this mission. At this point, short of someone putting a Quest 3 on his head and making him see how unplayable it is, he’ll never admit there might be a problem with the mission. I’m hoping that either Meta or DCS fixed whatever bug was making it so dark - hopefully it works correctly for people who attempt to fly it today on a Quest 3. I’ll never forgive the dev (Reflected) for #1, not believing me, #2 making fun of me saying I should play War Thunder if I couldn’t handle it (same crap he’s pulling here), #3 not lifting a finger to try to help get a product I paid him to work correctly. Long rant over, hopefully no one else will have an experience with a developer like I did with this one. EDIT: I see above that he now says he played it on a Quest2 and it was fine. Not only did he never say that the whole time I brought the issue up, but again, somehow he can’t grasp the concept that different hardware is different. Just because it works on a Quest2 *does not* mean it works on a Quest3. And just look at how he treats a customer - the ‘read a book’ comment above being a prime example. I seriously think he has some kind of weird anger issues. One other thing, during this process I asked if getting a refund was a possibility and he wouldn’t agree, but here he says he wishes I never bought it. So, Reflected, how about standing behind your words and giving me a refund? Better yet, send it to a charity, I’ll even let you pick which one.

Hi ! I love the campaign but i have an issue as wheb trying to aerial refuel the tanker is unresponsive. I checked if I had easy com on, follow procedure, nose cold arms off, tried dialing i. The frequency manually but the tanker still doesn't respond. Seems I'm not the only one. Is there anything we're missing here ? In other campaign and multiplayer i manage without a problem.
@ReflectedSimulations9 күн бұрын
The campaign forces easy comms off so that all the custom radio chatter works. Therefore you need to make sure you are transmitting through the UHF radio when trying to contact the tanker. Check your control assignments, there are separate transmit buttons for each radio.

Outstanding! Well done! But then there's Raven One, mission 3. You might have inadvertently destroyed my most favorite mission of yours. This mission depended on the player's ability to visually identify what the JTAC was telling him at altitude. The new weather completely takes that out of the objective of the mission. The pilot can no longer see a thing, and call contact on what is being called out. New players will not like this. Blessings brother. Please undo this.
