I can still remember watching the second to last episode for the first time when it aired. Caught me totally off guard. Holy shit holy shit holy shit. After three years. ITS FINALLY HAPPENING

This show's jokes are similar to Robin Williams live in new york. No holds bar, jokes. From sexual to taboo to forbidden jokes. But are funny. No one got offended to such jokes at the time you know. But nowadays alot of people would take insult from the show. Basically everyone got so sensitive. Hands down, Archer is one of my forever favorite show. Love Futurama and Rick and Morty too.

All gwyn had left was his army, and all they, him. He was their creator, protector and conqueror. Their god and all in between. They didn’t serve until the end out of loyalty, they served because they were scared. Little did they know…Gwyn was scared too.

I miss Woodhouse and Mallory. Archer as a whole is one of my top favorites. Easily. Like I love Futurama and Rick and morty even before I found Archer. But Archer is unique due to its satire or adult comedy. And where the story is evolving i.e. being a spy and running a spy agency.

I do think cutting Len Trexler so early was objectively a bad call. It forced Odin plotlines to revolve around Barry(who after becoming a cyborg and joining the Russians was less and less involved with that) before eventually being dropped completely and it removed most of the tension from the Archer father thing(One of the 3 options was an IRL joke so it has to be either Trexler or Jakov, and killing off the former pretty much meant it had to be the latter). There are other poor choices around this time I don't like. S1 and 2 give the vibes this is a massive organization with a ton of field agents and office workers and multiple buildings. We stop seeing other people around the office after S1, we stop hearing about other agents, they give the fat computer guy a heart attack and kill him off, kill off the guy always getting shot at the start of S5, until eventually it's just the main cast and that's it and the organization feels really small. I don't hate all the changes. Cheryl being genuinely unhinged is funnier then her just being kind of weird like in S1 or S2 implying it's because of drugs(mostly from Kreiger). Just I think keeping in Trexler and Odin and keeping International Spy Intelligence Service feeling larger and more important would have been good
