Hard to believe that Billy J. Kramer was once thought of as a pretty boy without much talent. I thought he had some pretty good records in the '60s. I saw him in concert in the early 90's and he wore a horrible purple suit... than after a break he returned wearing an even worse bright ORANGE suit. His show was pretty good though.

I’m amazed at the guitarists that came out of Liverpool in the 60s…they all made it look easy…i grew up thinking it was easy…then i bought a guitar….it looks nice on my bedroom wall..

John McNally, Mike Pender, Chris Curtis, and Tony Jackson were the original Serchers. These were the guys back in 1964 who turned me into a Searchers fan.

Glad I missed this. It's like New Faces. It's not how I rmbr the 60s. Best concert I saw in the 1990s was Manfred Mann minus Manfred, with guests Colin Bluntstone, Alan Price (also very funny) & Chris Farlowe. Not bad eh!

billy j did very well for 72 years of age remember the songs were recorded 50 years ago your voice changes we dont have the same vocal range with age and most people put weight on over years too and he did take the time to come over from the states

Saw them last year or was it 2019?. I enjoyed it. Also saw them early 80s in a disco! No stage, came on for about 40mins then back to the disco-ing! Times must of been tough then for them to do that.
