With Conspiracy on the battlefield, the 1/1 snails made by Wick are Rats, which triggers Wick again. Make another snail, it’s a rat, make another snail, and so on.

If you didnt have impact tremor or mana to use its ability. I think it would end the game in a draw from the endless loop.

This doesn’t work. Wick says if you don’t control a snail make a snail token, otherwise put a +1/+1 counter on snail. It’s not a may ability so once you have a snail on the battlefield he can only put counters on the snail.

With the enchantment Conspiracy it replaces your creatures’ type with a new type of your choice 🐀 . Unlike Maskwood Nexus it removes other types so they will not be snails as long as you control Conspiracy.

Swap out the impact tremors for altar of dementia or altar of the brood for infinite mill. How many other ways can you break this card?

I was thinking Shalai would make a pretty good Commander for a more +1/+1 counters based midrange deck. Lean more into the Green for the bones of the deck, and use the White for your answers and of course Akroma’s Will because why wouldn’t you. Using Saryth, the Viper’s Fang to cover Shalai, particularly if you decide to just abandon the Deathtouch angle for Vigilance seems like it would be solid. As I do everywhere I go, I can’t talk up Tempt With Discovery enough as a ramp option. I have literally only failed *once* to get someone to crack, so it’s always essentially an Explosive Vegetation for nonbasics, with a higher potential ceiling. This shell was very interestingly done. Thanks for the ideas. I’m coming to a lot of these cards late, since I only recently returned to MtG for EDH after a lengthy since-Urza’s Block hiatus, so these videos really, *really* help!

A great card that combos with Master Warcraft is Fight To The Death. If you have enough mana you have a 1-sided board wipe with a bit of flavour.

I think Skull Clamp is practically an auto include it this deck as well. All the tokens are 0/1 making them prime targets for it.

Aether Vial is a banger in Preston. There is also a white hideaway land that works well with Preston.

Infinite combos are nice but it's kind of lame if you can throw the combo in any deck and the combo itself has no flavor (nothing to do with Pirate Tribal or commanders).

Gotta love those big booty Golems! Brenard, Ginger Sculptor is another Golem commander I've been thinking about building.
