Thank you very much, that means a lot! Brago is one of my original commanders and the deck has become fairly well tuned over the years. I prefer this approach because while it does have some control pieces it's not super oppressive at the table.

@@dannyboyedh8081 exactly. All of my friends said they would much rather play this brago than any stupidly oppressive ones that don’t let you play. Other than a few exclusions I pretty much copied the deck. You do great stuff!

Ha ha I'm still hanging on to my Venser deck! He got a reputation when we would play 2v2v2s. I used to use a mono blue land destruction deck before commander but that's no fun. Looking to branch out to Brago or others that flicker/bounce my own things instead of my opponents things. Something still very interactive but less oppressive.

I use thought vessel instead of reliquary tower since it's another mana rock that can be blinked for the infinite combo with strionic resonator, or just Brago in general.

Danny, this deck looks great. I’m running barato but it stumbles a lot. I’d be totally down to revamp it like this if you don’t mind. I run my deck and more of a pillow fort staxx style for protection. Stuff like ghostly prison propaganda mother of runes giver of rooms stuff like that

I Don't understand useless auras in the deck. It is better option mystic remora, felidar guardian, dranith magistrate etc. Also the combo helm of obedience + rest in peace

It’s true, the auras didn’t curve out properly with Brago and weren’t useful without him on the battlefield. I made some improvements, mystic remora, fellwar stone, path to exile, treachery… as the deck draws closer to cedh levels I may do another video with an update.

This version of Brago is mainly focused on setting up a combo victory, but there are a multitude of other ETB effects to play with. Azorius colors usually tend to be a slower, control based approach but there are many options. You could build a deck around a flying aerial assault or ETB token generation for combat wins. ETB card draw is always great fuel for any game plan.

I agree it’s important to have a group discussion about power levels, combos, etc. before the game. I rarely play this deck because it is so competitive. But occasionally I’ll break it out for a competitive game. Sometimes, as frustrating as insta-wins can be, I prefer them over long drawn out games. Brago is flexible though and can be built to many power levels.
