We are from Algeria (a developing country) he had polio when he was a child and he now has a leg shorter than the other one by 10 cm. He has broken his hip recently because of the bad quality of the fixed KAFO he has (an old one, 18 years old, with no place to make adjustments or change the shoe that is falling apart).
