Thank you very much Darren. We live in Cali-Colombia (SA), but next March are traveling to the USA for a complete evaluation of my son's condition at Hanger. We are looking for an orthosis for his left leg like the one you show in your video. However, his orthosis would need some adjustments because his left leg is shorter that the right one and it has internal hemipelvectomy. Hi Darren, thank you so much for the video. I would like to ask you where and how to get a similar one for my brother. We are from Algeria (a developing country) he had polio when he was a child and he now has a leg shorter than the other one by 10 cm. He has broken his hip recently because of the bad quality of the fixed KAFO he has (an old one, 18 years old, with no place to make adjustments or change the shoe that is falling apart). I would appreciate it if you give me more information about how to get one or if any association can help with that. thank you in advance

Hi Soniajisu Thank you for the comment. NeuroMuscular Orthotics in Melbourne Australia made the stance control KAFO in the video and utilised the Horton Stance Control Orthotic Knee Joint from Little Rock Arkansas USA in the design. What country do you live in? Your son will need to be assessed by an orthotist in your city to determine if stance control is suitable for him. Thanks Darren
