mine was a bit dry, on the flat. Stopped at 165, wrapped it and then put it in until 202. Let it rest and then cut, but it was dry on the flat. Too much smoke? HELP.

Just so you know. The ad in the beginning about the hose nozzle, is complete lie. They showed to separate items. one is the hose attachment that you can buy at Lowes or Walmart etc for li $12 bucks and it is okay. The other you see is really a pressure washer, they just only show you the end to make you think otherwise!! Don't fall for it!

I was getting ready to order the 900 watt heater from your first video then I came across this video with two elements, which one do you like the best and are they both still working.
@PMPBBQ

Yes both are still working fine. If I were making the modification again I would just make the 900 watt mod. It is easier and works as good as the dual 500 watt mod.

I’m in Canada and right now it is 15°C or 59°F and my Bradley 4 rack can’t make 225° inside my garage. Such bullshit indeed

those are not chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, you should use the right ones.

I added the second element, plugged it in and had power. When I attempted to turn on the burner I lost power to the smoke generator display. Could the inline fuse be bad? Should I replace the inline fuse and remove the second element I installed to see if it works again? Any suggestions I’d appreciate!

I loved your video! Do you have a slicer or just use a knife? Also, I’ve learned the hard way about food illnesses when working with raw meat. You had gloves on but you touched multiple items with dirty gloves. I try to keep one hand clean. I go through more gloves , but I save a lot on toilet paper as well as pain and suffering. Take care!

If you don't rinse the curing salt before smoking, it tastes like....salt. Enjoyed the video though, and although I threw it away, I will try again 😢.

Is there a reason you don't coat it in olive oil first? If I'm doing a sirloin tip roast should I change anything? About how long did it take to cook? Thanks!

I just performed this upgrade on my 6-rack smart smoker and it’s still unusable. After 2 hrs, I can only get to 188 deg. I’m at a loss as to what could be wrong so I have no choice but to punt $600 and buy another smoker that will actually work.

Brother, I believe that is pickled Jalapeños (take note of the carrots in the jar) Chipotle peppers are Jalapeños that have ripened and turned red and come canned in a thick red sauce called adobo sauce. Just to clarify. San Marcos makes the best canned pickled jalapeños IMO and that looks like what you had there, not chipotle

It would help if right off the bat you'd tell how big of brisket, seasoning used and how long you cooked it and at what temperature.
