DESCRIPTION:
The search is over for the ultimate camping cuisine, because this Picanha steak sandwich cooked on the Grizzly Spit Rotisserie over an open fire with oak wood is the best. Camping recipes won't be the same after you try this. Just season the Picanha with rock salt on both sides and allow to rest in cooler for 1 hour. Mix 3 fresh sliced tomatoes, 1 sliced Jalapeno pepper and 1 tsp Cumin in a bowl and place in cooler or refrigerator until Picanha steaks or cooked. Place Picanha slices on the rotisserie folded in half with the fat cap out and cook over an open fire of oak wood until outside is nicely seared. Slice thin slices off the Picanha steaks and serve on a hoagie bun with your choice of condiments with the tomato/ jalapeno and you have the best steak sandwich you will ever eat
