Their live show is phenomenal!! They did a live video of a song called 'Gasoline' you should check out next. I have a ton of their live shit on my channel, but its done with a cell phone.

2nd singer with powerful, deep, raspy voice is Henning May. His band is ANNENMAYKANTEREIT in the 1st room. Started in 2011 asxa street band in Germany and now fill huge arenas in Europe. I'm suggesting their other covers in English and then some of their originals in English. Im not going to name the original artists for sake of time. COME TOGETHER, ROXANNE, FOREVER YOUNG, THE NEEDLE AND THE DAMAGE DONE, VALERIE (A duet with Natalie Findley) CRY ME A RIVER -cover of Justin Timberlake's and Springsteen's I'M on Fire. AMK'S Original's in English, Leavin, Don't Say A word, Waiting, Your Door (S. Kantereit playing a cahone, guest playing a steel drum, C. Annen on acoustic Guitar and H. May's fab voice(very impressive) also James St James Infirmary (Live in Berlin Concert Their lyrics covered melody. I hope they release an album. They have alot of original songs in German. I've listened to a few. Vocals and music great, even though I could not understand a word. The last time I was ompressed by a voice was in the 90's, EDDIE VEDDER, CHRIS CORNELL AND SCOTT WEILAND. EVEN IF YOU DONT REACT TO ALL, I THINK YOU WILL LIKE EVERY SONG MENTIONED. ENJOY.

Have you guys ever heard BADLANDS? Not strictly blues but heavily blues influenced. They're long gone but they were excellent. Jake E. Lee guitars and Ray Gillen vocals made them great sounding in my opinion.

Another track that grabs you by the throat and doesn't let go! You notice John picking up the mic from the floor - because those last 2 songs were definitely mic-drop moments!!! Sure hope we get a tour from these guys too. I have the album pre-ordered and just anxiously awaiting the arrival

Reminds me an old 'Lady Ga-Ga' song at the start, & the end. Not a bad thing. Kanami playing lead & backing harmonies in the background on her PRS, for most of the song. she is so good at that, in a lot of their songs.

Thanks for advocating for people to see them when they come. I hope their rising popularity means they get to play some larger venues. While the small venue performances are sometimes fun to watch, after seeing the Yokohama show, one realizes that they are an amazing arena-level act, and that they deserve to play bigger venues. Dying to hear when their next North American tour dates will be.

Thank you for not doing what every other reactor does and put qualifiers on Misa’s bass play. One of the best. Period. Full stop. Not “female”. Not “Japanese”. One of the best.
@mikeholmes53084 күн бұрын
She's not better than Geddy Lee at what he does, or better than Flea at what he does, or better than Chris Squire at what he did... but she can match all of them in many ways, and does some of what ALL three of these legends did. I can't think of a single other bass player that has the range of skills at the level she does. And maybe more importantly, she has Kanami's composition work to play off of, and plays with one of the tightest units ever. They're like Alice in Chains level tight, and that, combined with her skills, is what makes Misa's playing amazing.
@bryandevito51204 күн бұрын
@@mikeholmes5308 Well put. I just hate when reactors feel the need to compartmentalize Misa’s play in a specific category of bass player. These guys do not, and that deserves mention and recognition.

When it comes to the music everything is dedicated to the song. I’ve listened to most of their music and I haven’t found a bad song yet. Some songs may not appeal to me as much as others but it’s still well written.
