I do like the idea of albert being not as nice as Sir Handel, and he definitely is way more troublesome then falcon in some cases.

16:17 "curtain had finally fallen, on the Mid Sodor railway's working m-ffff" (So i can't understand that last word is but i think its months or days) Anyway it is a good way to phrase that, not saying the Mid sodor railway has ended or gone for good, instead the Mid Sodor Railway still existed beyond 1946 with the remaining staff who haven't left the region still collectively owning the remaining Railway property they couldn't do with(including the grace's engine) And so I assume as the railway didn't formally dissolve, no one could be employed so everyone would receive there last paycheck and leave with local members coming together to agree to share guarding the shed with stuff they don't need, so that one day they become valuable enough to sell well if they had too since its clear no one wanted to sell the last bits of the railway in raw materials.

Even though I've never read the extended railway series: I know for a fact that later on in the extended railway series Jim would have many other adventures on other narrow gauge railways through different countries until eventually making his way back home to sodor and being reunited with his old friends from the mid sodor railway duke Sir Handel and peter sam

14:42 okay duke, i get why you're mad at Stanley for all the trouble he caused in the past, but him breaking down and causing the mines to flood wasn't entirely his fault he did try his best, but ever since he was put at the back of the shed he hasn't had any proper maintenance and you knew he'd break down because of a lack of proper maintenance!

As established in the first story of the extended railway series number 45: mid sodor engines Albert was the mid sodor railways original number three and was a rude engine but then was taken apart and used for spares for the other engines, also Atlas Alfred John Jennings smudger Bertram & Andreas don't exist in the extended railway series this is a completely different universe

Albert had been nothing but trouble ever since he came to the Mid-Sodor Railway. He was unreasonable, ignorant, impatient, careless and disrespectful to others. All he cared about was himself and no one else. He deserved to be dismantled for what he had done.
