I went to camp latona in the early 70s and went to camp potlatch in the late 70s, i found the leaders to help me, to make me feel i was someone!. i thought of that my lifetime..im 54 now..i remember ..i smile , i laugh and i loved!

As a parent it feels awful to have to say no, you can't go to camp or lessens for this and that cuz you don't have the money. This summer my mother in law ( who is also low income) was able to send one of our children to camp potlatch! They offered it on a sliding scale and she was able to make payments for it. My daughter was so excited she packed her suitcase a month early and would adjust it everyday ( adding stuff taking stuff out then adding more😆) she is there right now! I bet she is having a blast!

I want to go to camp Potlatch. :) Very inspiring.
