I’ve been quiet on this issue for a while but I think I’m ready to admit it. I did get in touch with Colin in the past. Things looked promising until one day a misunderstanding happened and nothing was the same. We kept in touch here and there but then I realized that Colin pretty much closed the door for any sort of collaboration. I was impressed by his work for a long time but after having some communication with him, I’ve learned that he took on a task that he was not ready for. His channel is very much mismanaged and all his old videos are gone (which really messes your algorithm). He hasn’t posted recently, which his supporters need to rethink about supporting him. Why donate money to a channel that randomly disappears and doesn’t really accept much help from other groups? I’ve offered to help in the past and I’ve gotten my answer. So I’ve moved on. I’m saddened it didn’t work out but he made a choice and he will learn one day. I don’t know if we will ever communicate again but if one day we do, I hope he will handle his video work much better then.
