Good tip! I tell my students that “your brain uses your eyes to tell your hands what to do; the better information you give your brain (hard focus on the ball with your eyes), the better chance you have of using the sweet spot of your paddle.

@@dawng540 everyone says “watch the ball” - however we “watch” tv and we “look” for our keys. I like using active verbs bc that way you become engaged and have a task :-) Glad it is helping!!!
