MGA had a bad year. Rainbow High sucks now same for OMG i really only liked the Tweens and i don’t care for Bratz. Actually my two mini Nas Nas Nas that i got for $4 were my favorites they released this year.

I had Na Na surprise and idk I just stopped buying them? Idk y. Kids are definitely the ones keeping RH and OMG alive because they have been the top selling doll line for the past year. So I don’t think they are going anywhere anytime soon. I just wish they would have given us the last talk OMG Fierce dolls (Kitty K and Candylicious) because fans actually WANTED those dolls 🥺

@Color_Me_Barbie I think certain collectors only liked those Fierce dolls. Kids not so much. Just saw the Cleopatra one for $19 at Ross. She retailed for $100.

Naturalistas are cute I just hate how their screenings look so different from their stock photos. Greg was everything! (Boy fade naturalista) The fashion packs are cute!

I agree the stock photos are off from what you actually get. Not that they look bad, but they look more polished and touched up in the product photo compared to what you actually see in person. But I like that the line is taking such a creative direction with playsets.

Descendants Brandy/cinderella and uma dolls were really cute I got uma at Ross for 11.99 So she was a very fair price As a Brandy fan, I was already likely to purchase her. I did feel pressured to buy her around October because she was out of stock online and only left in some stores, but she’s been restocked a few items. I wish we got the original Cinderella doll planned way back when, but this was a cute nod.

I have her and while I love Brandy since I was a kid and remember the live action….the hair and dress quality wasn’t the best for her original price point. I got her during the Disney sale at Target during November and I’m happy I didn’t pay full price. My love of Brandy’s Cinderella is the ONLY reason I didn’t return the doll.

There are large Magic Mixies pixling, you included a photo at 9:50. I feel like the quality is worse though so I prefer them in small. My LUV dolls and fashion packs just clearneced recently to half off and I finally grabbed them all. I feel they were still overpriced at half off sadly. But glad to finally grab them since the clothes look nice.

Really? That’s good to know! That’s why I said comment because I don’t collect them but I think they are cute. I hate to hear that the quality is bad with the bigger ones! 🥺 My area takes FOREVER to clearance anything. Like they had Ryan Gosling Ken on clearance and then made him regular price again. I hate my Walmarts lol I’m a Target girly anyways 🥰 Thanks for educating me on the Magic Mixies!

I agreed with almost everything you said. I do like the Tribute to Fashion Barbie but i also agree they could have done better. The price's are what has really slowed me down on these dolls but also quality and meh on some. I think they can do better. They are just trying to bang them all out to make money and not always listening to what the collector's want. Thank you for the video and get well soon 💖💖

I wish they would give Ken a decent haircut and some clothes that are worthy of taking Barbie out for a dress-up date - he is always slobbing out in jeans/shorts and T-shirt - doesn’t have to be in a suit but some decent cut trousers and shirts, please! The old Texas A&M Kens were good and, recently, the Looks #4.

Glad you are feeling better! I agree with your list. I was especially disappointed with the Ken Couture Signature, Poison Ivy, & MyScene dolls. I was really looking forward to them but ultimately did not get any of them. I mostly bought Monster High, Rainbow High, and Integrity dolls this year. Thanks for explaining your love/hate relationship with AI. I do love your thumbnails and outfits in your videos.

Intergrity is definitely next on my list for next year. Barbie is my main doll but I have been wanting to expand to Intergrity for some time. She is Gorgeous! You did a really Great job fixing her up! I really think she is so pretty and the only styling head that has actually got my attention 😊I am in the process of fixing up old Crissy and Velvet dolls. They are a lot of work but clean up rather well considering they are 55 years old. My Aunt bought Crissy for my Cousin and Velvet for me and they bring back a lot of happy memories with my cousin. @@Color_Me_Barbie I hear you but so far so good 😊The Ideal toy company made these dolls to last. I wish they did that now . I get worried about buying dolls with polypropylene hair because it disintergrates after 10-15 year i hear. I like saran doll hair It feels nice to style. 💕💕

The heels are atrocious! I so agree with you! Why are they giving the cheaper Barbie dolls good heels and the collector ones are smooshed! Doesn't make any sense! I was able to buy Deluxe versions of both Glinda & Elphaba at Barnes & Noble. I’d advise checking B&N’s website for availability in your area & then you may need to ask an employee for the dolls to be pulled from the back, like I did.

24:44 that’s crazy to me! Because I’m still waiting for my poison Ivy order from target the same day that the preorders dropped. I got her for 15% off. So I’ll just have to see if Amazon or Walmart puts her on a better sale and maybe order from them instead.

From what I have observed, there has been a lot of delays/cancellations with Harley from every retailer from MC to Target. I don’t know what happened with this drop but it’s very strange. Poison has been available to go from Amazon for about a week I believe. I don’t know the current status though with it being the holiday season.
